The staff were friendly and accommodating. They listen to what I wanted and delivered.

We were looking for a single bed and king mattress, your colleague Ian was very knowledgeable about the questions we asked. Ian was polite and gave us the time and space to make our decision. We were offered a drink and some biscuits from the store manager Justin who was also very friendly. The staff is brilliant, they smiled they listened and served with respect, complete opposite from the staff at your Dartford branch. The store location is great but the store it's self needs to be standing out a bit more, it needs to be recognised when driving past it.

Justin made the experience run very smoothly from start to finish ,it’s nice to have a sales person who knows what there talking about and making us feel welcome at the same time .

We was greeted by a lovely man called justin and he helped us with everything we wanted made sure we got exactly what we was looking for. Smiling and laughing away offering us tea/coffee all the time. Was very pleased with the service and would be happy to be always served bu justin.

Friendly and helpful staff. Items on display with clear labels. Easy to try / test items. No undue pressure from staff.

Both Ian the sales person and Justin were extremely helpful throughout our visit and purchase. Made us all feel relaxed unlike our recent trip to Benson's I might add. Would definitely come back again. no pressure to buy at all.

On arrival to the dreams store the staff were very helpful indeed straight away i was offered a coffee which i thought was i great idear made me feel very relaxed and welcome I had a look around and after a little while a member of staff Ian came and asked if i needed help i said yes and what a very helpful guy he explained the differences between the types of mattresses you had in store and which would be the best one for my needs to which I went ahead and purchased myself a lovely new set very happy with both price and purchase and offers the high level of service

I entered the store and was greeted by Justin (adviser of the charlton branch store). He took our needs into consideration and helped us understand what we really need form the bed. He helps us make the right decision while choosing the bed. He made sure we understood that paying more money does not mean more comfort its about individual needs, and what our body feels more comfortable with. Choosing the bed frame was more of a personal choice where he was able to explain the pros and cons of different frames depending on our room size and needs.
