Really easy process - walking into a massive showroom full of beds and mattresses that all look exactly the same to my untrained eye could be a little daunting, but Justin was welcoming and explained everything very clearly, without being remotely pushy. I was given plenty of time to test the various mattress options available and talked through the best options for me, based on my preferences. I didn't feel at any point as if I was being pushed into spending as much as possible, rather that Justin was focused on getting me the best product for my needs.

Tunji was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very friendly when we arrived, offered us hot drinks and a pillow should we want them and was there to answer any questions. We did not feel under any pressure to make a purchase but he gave us a comprehensive rundown of what was available.
