Me and My wife came in to the shop without a clue and Ian our point of contact was a helpful, friendly and a great shop representative. We spoke about the dreams Ethos of how a nicely made bed can make a bad day better. I received Military discount which made our purchase cheaper, we have 3 children so every little helps.

Served promptly answered all my questions in a polite and friendly manner advised me of the delivery date which was sooner than I anticipated. I chose this particular bed as I had purchased the same bed/model in January 2017 and have no complaints or regrets as to my choice then. Accordingly, I decided to buy the same bed this year to replace the bed in my spare bedroom which is about ten years old, although it has not had too much use. I took advantage of the sale as I did last year. I hope this proves once again to be a wise choice as it was last year.

We were served by Ian who was very patient with us and explained all about the mattress that we bought, he was very helpful and friendly, a great credit to your company, a very nice man and a pleasure to deal with.

The service i got was top quality!. I worked into the store and it was busy but Tunji made see contact wit us, greeted us and asked if he could be of help. We told him of our need and he carefully explained the products in store and gave his opinion after allowing me and my wife to have a feel for the product (pillows) and he also advise to get a pillow protector as i mentioned i sweat a lot. We made a choice and he politely asked us to come to the desk and offered us drinks whist he was processing our order; we paid and he wished us a happy new year and so did his colleagues. This is quite similar to my first experience when i bought an Air mattress and had issues with it. Tunji advised me to call the company rather than buy another one since i came into the store to buy a replacement. I took his advise and rang the company, followed their instruction and in very little time i got a replacement. This made me very happy and i would again and again choose 'Dreams' for all my future purchase. You indeed have a happy and satisfied customer in me. Your service is impeccable!!!
