Daniel who helped us was great. He was very friendly, offered us a drink and explained to us the difference between all the different mattresses. He gave us pillows so we could try the mattresses properly and helped us find a great mattress!

Staff were polite and were attentive

Tunji was very helpful. His listening skills and ability to understand my need suggest an excellent store and product knowledge. He gave me ''a fool's guide'' to understanding mattresses, which informed my decision to buy the product I chose. I recognize his product marketing skills: I ended up buying additional products - fitted sheet; and the next day, Sun, 31st, due to his ability to sell the bedstead I was back in the store and bought the wooden bed and a mattress protector. He is friendly, welcoming, even offered me drinks. I felt like I have been part of the store team. I will also commend highly Tunji's colleagues, especially Ian, and Justin. Their positive, cheerful disposition; good product knowledge, and prompt response to arriving customers couldn't help but get noticed. Their teamwork make them look like it is a family business. they are positively motivated. I did not fail to notice the way tunji spearheaded the shop tidy towards closing time, and the fact that they stayed well into the night to satisfy me with completing my order. Kudos to them.

Tunji was welcoming, helpful, gave me enough detail that informed my purchase. So good is his salesmanship that I went back to buy the bedstead. The staff are well organised, working together as if in a family business. Ian and Justin were also exceptional. I went to check out the mattress sale but ended up buying a matress, bedstead, fitted sheet and matress protector. Kudos to your staff at Charlton.

Delivery was simple, Frank and James were excellent, communicated with me and stuck to the timeline mentioned, delivered the product to the bedroom, perfect service, no complaints

Daniel was extremely helpful and his knowledge of the products in store was nothing short of remarkable. At no point did we feel under pressure to purchase which is very unusual for this sort of retail environment.

Everything that I wanted was available, staff were friendly and helpful and I was offered a cup of tea whilst I waited and a chocolate. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

I am highly impressed with all the staff even the first time I was there without buying anything ,was so moved with the way the staffs responded to then today I received the best service ever.
