I came in with my family to see what was on offer for the black Friday sales. We don't have any mind of buying any item right away but for the professionalism of your sales representative that attended to us at the store. By letting us know what mixture of items will suit our purpose after leading us through the touring of the store. Based on his enlightenment we were able to make some purchase without pressurizing us. We are highly grateful for his professional service.

We were served by a very friendly and professional member of staff. He took time to advise us on all the relevant options we had, which helped us make a decision on the same day. Sometimes sales staff just want to sell but in this case we thought we were well looked after and that our shopping experience mattered to Dreams.

Nick and Ian at Charlton Dreams were very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind. Every mattress I asked about I was given a huge amount of information. I was made some lovely cups of tea and even had my pillows and duvet carried to the car for me. It was a professional and lovely shopping experience.

First of all I would like to tell you that I have been using Dreams product since 2010. Not only me but my family members and relatives also buys the Dreams product. I have been working in retail store for more than a decade. Although at the moment we are facing serious challange in the cut down of the number of staff members, we still need to provide great customer seevice which is very hard. Dreams must be facing the same like the other businesses however, as I stepped in the door of Dreams store in Charlton I was welcomed and approached in the friendly manner. I was also told about the ongoing offers which made a lot easier in finding the bed that I wanted. I need to say it was a great customer service and I would highly recommend.

We came in with our toddler and the staff were very friendly and professional. They gave us time and space to look around and seemed to approach when needed. We had all our questions answered and felt like Justin (who was helping us) was attentive and was not rushing us or made us feel like we needed to rush. When he needed to briefly attend to something he made us aware, and promptly came back to find us to continue helping. He offered us a drink (water, tea , coffee) and advised on the parking as we had been there some time. Other staff were also very friendly interacting with us at different points and making us feel very comfortable. I think we will absolutely come back to that particular store in the future. Thank you to all the staff there. :-)

We had a great experience at the Charlton store in London, with Ian giving us friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable information relating to our specific budget and needs. We were really surprised how simple the process was as he just explained the differences without any sales pitch. So much so we returned the following day, with all Staff including Justin remembering us and offering us drinks while we waited to make our purchase. Transcation was super easy whilst also making us aware of your other products. Really just an overall extremely pleasant experience. If only all shopping experiences were Like this. It's a real credit to your team at charlton store.
