Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and not intrusive as you take your own time looking around. They were on hand to answer questions and not pushy. It can feel intimidating when sales staff do that but this was our second visit in order to place an order, the first time was to look and decide what we actually wanted and to compare prices with nearby stores. We came back to Dreams for price and friendly staff.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store and offered assistance. I bought a wonderful silver bed frame from Dreams about a year ago but only bought a cheap mattress that has proved to be very uncomfortable. In my sixties, I have a new partner and he wanted us to buy a new mattress together. In the store, the different mattresses were explained to us and I thought the colour coding was excellent as well as the examples of the fillings. Brilliant idea. I didn’t understand about the differences between the insides of mattresses and it made it very easily understandable

I was very happy with the product I purchased. I was helped by Nicholas who was very attentive and helpful and went the extra mile to help me with getting my product home as a single female individual. Nicholas’s help meant that I didn’t need to wait a whole week to have the mattress delivered. He was very kind and helpful and a credit to the customer service experience.

The customer service was superb! Justin and his 2 colleagues were extremely helpful while also knowing when to give me time to look and try mattresses on my own. I was offered, and given, a cup of tea and a pillow to take round the beds which created a relaxed and very pleasant atmosphere. Absolutely no high-pressure sales which made my entire experience, honestly, a joy! I will definitely return and will be more than pleased to recommend Dreams to friends and colleagues! A big thank you to Justin and his team!

The staff in the store were lovely, friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd time I have been in and each time my mum and I were offered a tea or coffee. We were able to lay down and try out different mattresses and pillows and the staff were very knowledgeable in regards to the different options available. To be specific Ian was really nice and Justin was amazing. I had a really great experience and would recommend Dreams Charlton to my friends and family. :)

The customer service was grate Very friendly and attentive, also loved the cup of tea added a nice touch.

i highly satisfied with my experience because of the customer services and patience Mr TUNJI had with me my husband and my little son , he was so nice that he offered tea and cooffe to both of us . we didn't know what mattress to buy so he was always showing us every single one of them and explained why it was good and what type of mattress it was . i am coming back in December to buy a bed frame as i brought the mattress yesterday . i am defiantly telling my family to go and shop there for beds and mattresses. my mother needs a bed frame and mattress so please be expecting . we are so pleased with the customer service never been treated so well in a store . thank you so much
