All staff polite as we entered store, allowed as to walk around and browse at our leisure, checked to offer us tea/coffee a couple of times and just made to feel welcome. And when we was ready to discuss buying new bed frame and mattress gave good advice and guidence especially on the mattress. Would recommend store to any friends or neighbours.

Ian welcomed us to the store within a few minutes of arrival and spent a lot of time showing us various mattresses, explaining to lie in the middle when testing which made sense and technical aspects, as well as what type of mattress might be suitable for us. He had vast knowledge of the products available and was very patient and friendly. We were very pleased with the process of ordering and look forward to receiving our new mattress very soon (and hopefully a great night's sleep will follow!)

I was satisfied with the product . However i was told that the product will be delivered in 2 weeks. When nothing showed up ,we called dreams to find out that the product is out of stock and only available after dec 12th which is 1.5 months since we placed the order

My shopping experience at Dreams recently surpassed my expectations. The customer service afforded to me while looking for new bedding for my home was in line with best practice. The Staff Member I dealt with named Tunj was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I given several choices in term of the range of products I was looking for and was provided with information regarding all the sale prices. During my time I was offered a cup of coffee and my pregnant daughter who accompanied me was comfortably seated while I shopped.

Iain was incredible. He approached us in such a friendly way, sharing with us his honest thoughts and experience. As this was a purchase for my first home I was greatly reassured by Iain's helpfulness that I was making the correct purchase. Although I didn't buy a product on the first moment, I was never pushed towards buying there and then. Instead I was offered a fond farewell and an invitation to return. This is exactly how a customer should be made to feel. I base my own customer experience when I have served the need of the consumer. I can honestly say this experience made me realise how important I could feel as a consumer. I would never have expected this buying a bed, but I am extremely happy this service exists.

The person serving me was what made my time in your shop highly satisfied. He was excellent at his job.

I have found the product I was looking for and my past experience with Dreams is great so no confusion while I was choosing this place for my purchase.
