Natasha and Justin were incredibly helpful in finding me and partner a new mattress. They went above and beyond with their service and we are very happy with the product we have chosen.

Laud was the customer assistant who has helped in store. He was very friendly, listened to my needs and did his best to show me the available products. He was patient to explain various products to me and gave me information to help me decide which product to buy

Staff member Grace was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. She also gave me the space to decide.

Charmy at dreams charlton was fantastic. Extremely helpful. Offered is water. We used the bed compatible machine thing. She answered all of our questions. Was very patient. I also needed pillows and again was extremely helpful

From the moment we walked into the store we was greeted with friendly and big smiles. Within moments we was helped by Natasha to get us fitted for the mattress that most suited us. After doing the machine test she explained everything very clearly what the results means and the prices for each category so we could go straight to the section we required. After showing each mattress she moved away so we could discuss the mattress in private before showing the next one. She was incredibly polite and friendly and always making sure we had drinks as required. The level of PPE was outstanding and the concern for Covid safety was 2nd to none. When we purchased the mattress she explained very clearly all of the added perks that we could add to the purchase of the mattress. There really is nothing we could complain about and they even sorted out the parking for us as well, They literally put the customers needs first under all circumstances. Will definitely be returning there when it is time to buy a new mattress again they made it incredibly easy and made you feel very relaxed and comfortable in every possible way.

I am highly satisfied because the lady that served me her name was grace, she helped me with the bed order .

The shoo assistant was very friendly, helpful and attentive but not intrusively pushy.
