Justin the sales guy was extremely helpful and friendly, he left me alone to try the comfort of the beds in peace but was available as soon as I was ready to discuss my needs. Very helpful and friendly. Great customer service !

Jusin was really helpful, was able to get my sale done really quick which is what i needed.

I visited with my partner and we were acknowledged and greeted promptly,offered a coffee had the the range of mattress types and how the firmness of them was graded explained. The salesperson was really knowledgeable and we were shown all the different options of the mattress range we had chosen. We were never pressurised and given plenty of time to try them out.

On our visit to the Dreams store in Charlton today my husband and I were hoping to buy a bed frame for our spare room in time for my mother to stay with us when she visits in a few weeks. We have been looking for a bed to fit between fitted wardrobes in our spare room, and had no luck in several other stores. Daniel greeted us when we entered the store and understood the problems we were having. He knew exactly the bed we needed, and after having a good look around the store, we bought the bed he showed us in the first place! Justin placed our order and was friendly and professional throughout. We will recommend this store to anyone we know that needs a bed.

The level and quality of the service is what in the end won us over. We had gone to Benson Beds afterwards where the service was poor and unwilling. Price wise there was not much difference between you and Benson Beds although the selection of beds is much larger overall at Dreams.

All the staff at Dreams in Charlton were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to try and help us find the right bedframe for our needs, helping us to measure the frames and find one to fit.

My experience at Dreams was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend.

The assistant, Daniel, approached us to offer help as soon as we arrived and took time to understand our needs and give good advice without pushing any particular item
