The gentleman who served us, Justin, went above and beyond to ensure that out experience was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took time to make sure he provided the best options for what we were looking for. He was friendly and hospitable. Justin definitely made our experience at dreams.

Great service, helpful team very satisfied.

I was served by a Trainee called Karra who was highly attentive. She listened to my needs and made suggestions to accommodate those needs. Extremely patience and professional. It was not evident that she was in training. I was offered a beverage by Daniel and Cup a soup by Justin. I was spoilt to say the least. Staff treated customers equitably, regardless of spend. Jeremy was a hard taskmaster when training (i.e. learn by mistakes) but justified in relation to Karra as she was a keen learner. I am trained in John Lewis and understand the dynamics of retail. Had I been a mystery shopper, which I am not, this was a pain and stress free experience. Congratulations to the team. Group synergy was apparant.

I was highly satisfied with the reception from the member of your staff that attended to me. He explained every thing i needed to know about the product in details and with his help, I was able to make the right choice of product. The product was affordable and I got the right specification. He offered me a cup of nice hot coffee in a friendly environment and I was given a complimentary pillow pack. The staff did not pounce on us as we entered the store. Both staff members were friendly. We were asked if we would like any help. The staff member who assisted us knew exactly what mattress my daughter would like. He was right after her trying about 5 she chose the first one that he suggested.
