Tunji was very helpful , knowledgeable and polite. Friendly greeting on entering the store. we were offered a cup of tea.

I am highly satisfied with the help and experience I had with dreams, when i visited the Charlton store in London. We were greeted staright away by Nicholas upon arrival. from here we were given time to browse and ask questions at any point. He really took the time to listen to our budget and needs and gave us all of the required information plus more. He really made us feel like we were important and made our experience very enjoyable even with the offer of tea or coffee! The products we were shown to try were all of really high standard. The product we have brought we are very very happy with and we were given it at the best price, we were also given the store discounts by including the pillows in our price. I will be recommending dreams to all of my friends and family and will definately be returning. I am highly satisfied with dreams as an overall company and will be giving outstanding reviews on all forums.

from entering the store I was approached by the sales person who introduced himself and took time to show me all that I requested in the bed department/mattress.

I did find what I was looking The prices was right The store people very friendly and helpful. Discount been provided.

The customer service representative was able to direct me to the type of purchase that would be suitable for my needs. He assisted me through the process and displayed his level of knowledge, in relation to the product. He had a calm and welcoming manner which made me feel at ease. From entering the store and throughout the product purchase, I was offered a drink; I felt under no pressure to buy from the store - even though my intention was to purchase an item for my daughter.

We were greeted by Justin at the Charlton Branch who kindly spent a time with us , giving us a warm welcome , offering us a drink and taking his time to show us different beds/matteresses that we would like. He was helpful polite and offered us pillows to try which we loved and purchased!
