We were greeted by Tunji in Charlton. He asked if we were looking for anything in particular, which were, an ottoman base with new mattress. He showed us the beds and identified which mattress would suit us best by firmness and explained the differences. We were offered a hot drink, it was nice and relaxed, unpressured.

We were greeted by the member of staff, Justin Clara when we arrived at your store in Charlton. He was friendly and very helpful without being pushy which we really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about your products but gave an unbiased view. When we were indecisive he let us know that we would have an opportunity to change our mind with your comfort exchange policy, he even gave us a pillow to wander around with when trying each bed. He identified our needs with some pertinent questions and made the whole experience very easy. When we were finally making our purchase he offered us a hot drink, while he proceeded to give all our options for payment, delivery etc. I work in a customer service environment myself and really thought that Justin did a fantastic job. Can't wait to have my new mattress delivered! Thank you.
