The service I recieved from Justin was excepitional, from my telephone call before arrival, to the service with a smile when I arrived in store. Very friendly, patient and informative. I was even offered a nice cuppa tea ☺I was very happy that he was also well educated on the stock and was able to provide a service that I was fully satisfied with. I will visit again to buy my new mattress and other bedding needs. I will definately recommend Dreams to friends and family.

I was helped by Nicholas (who was being trained) and he was extremely helpful, he went out of his way and so did the manager who took me through the finance option I needed. They were both vey helpful and very polite.

Shop assistant attended to us straight away. Very polite and professional. Knowledge and information given relevant. Friendly service with a smile.

Tunji was attentative and listened to our needs keenly, his product knowledge allowed him to recommend the perfect matteress that would suit us perfectly.

Justin, the store manager was very polite and warming as well as being very knowledgable. My experience shopping for a bed had been stressful before visiting the dreams store at woolwhich branch.

Tunji, the employee who greeted and looked after us, was very friendly. The new mattress was for my 17 year old brother and Tunji got along very well with him to the extent that my brother was able to comfortably and freely test out the mattresses (my brother is usually shy). He was very informative and gave us brilliant advice and made the whole shopping experience a lot easier.

Greeted warmly upon arrival. Given space to look around the store to consider options available and the assistant (Ian) arrived to offer support at the right time! Ian knew his stuff and talked us through the options available making appropriate recommendations for our budget and a great nights sleep! Excellent customer service!
