The great assistance from Ian at the store in Charlton, patient, understanding knew what he was talking about didn't rush us. Very pleasant

When entering the store I was greeted by a member of staff. Straight away he took to my needs in what I was looking for and made sure that I knew all of the prices when informing me about the bed I was interested in. After deciding and sitting down in order to talk about delivery, price and what to expect on delivery day, I was asked whether I wanted a drink. The man who served me was extremely polite and made it easy for me to understand when talking about the bed itself due to the fact it was my first time buying a bed myself

The staff approached us to,offer help and then we were able to take our time to choose a product. The assistant was ready to help when we had made a choice and took our order and payment right away. Polite, helpful and efficient.

Very good customer service. Delivered bed on time and installed the bed quickly and professionally. What more can you ask for would use dreams again in the future.

Guy serving me was very friendly, other member of staff offered me and my companion sweets, server was knowledgable, helpful, offered a discount and I even got some freebies. Will 100% return in future and will definitely recommend to others

Excellent customer service. The assistant who helped us was very friendly and explained the range well. He was also not too attentive and gave us time to have a look on our own and make our own decisions.

I was happy with the member fo staff that helped me whilst in store. We were offered a beverage on entrance which was nice and was made to feel very comfortable. We was happy with the test pillow, the Tempur memory foam pillow and left with two of those with the mattress on order. Overall, very happy!
