Dreams - Charlton

This is the second time I have used dreams and both times the customer service has been excellent in the charlton store. The sales advisor was helpful and went through all the options clearly ensuring I got the best deal. This was most appreciated. I could have got the product cheaper online elsewhere but the service at the store was excellent previously so I wanted to go back to the store.

Your colleague was extremely helpful. Good knowledge of the products. He was friendly and put us at ease. Didn't feel pressured. He greeted us and offered us a drink. Gave us pillows to make us comfortable. Explained about the 40 days exchange window if we wasn't happy with the mattress. Also offered the service of removing the old mattress if required. Made the whole process enjoyable.

Justin was fantastic as an assistant. Very helpful and knew his stuff. Considerate and a pleasure to buy from. Just in case there isn't a comment box later, the one downer on the visit was the parking - we got a £60 charge a week later. We thought it would be free. We were in the store for about an hour then went to Halfords in the same retail park; there was a queue there and this took us over 75 mins which is the maximum time we can spend in the car park at the retail centre as we later found out!! Please can you put pressure on the landlord to allow at least 2 hours?? It is off-putting to shop there if there is such an easy risk of a charge for such a short time. These are not newspaper shops but shops where one spends time to buy. Thanks.

Service was very good on arrival at the store. Items were easily identifiable with the color coded beds. Hygiene maintained by giving us pillows to use whilst testing the comfort of the beds. Assistant was friendly and knowledgeable.

The assistance we got from Justin at your Charlton store was 1st class.

The associate that was helping us (Tunji) was very personable and knowledgeable. He was very patient and did not make us feel pressured into making a purchase. Tunji helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
