Professional and very kind service

The sales manager was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable of his products. We were served very quickly.

Navreet who helped me was really helpful, i couldn't have done it without her help and advise! She offered me tea/ coffee when I came in, then had great product knowledge and let test the mattresses at my own time and pace. She then helped me choose a bed frame by listening to my needs. All the other colleagues in store at the time were also really friendly and chatted to me too. Had a great experience and I'm excited for my new bed to arrive.

I was greeted on entering the store and was offered a hot or cold beverage. The assistant Tunji walk around with me asking about my requirement and suggesting different options of beds. He allowed me to lie on several with different pillow height to access comfortableness. he recommend products that is suitable base on my family needs and this make me feel valued and comfortable in making a decision.

we had a lovely friendly man tunji very helpful we called him mr t , time wasn't an issue he was happy to go through everything with us and wasn't pushy which would have made us leave, very nice experience in your store.
