I HAD TWO CHILDREN WHO WOULDNT STOP CRYING AND THE SHOP ASSISTANT WAS VERY PATIENT.

The layout of the store was easy to follow, the products were well presented and labelled well. Our assistant Sean was very helpful, gauged the level of attention we wanted and stuck to it. We like being given information and hints, but then being left to make decisions and talk on our own. This is exactly what Sean did for us, though he kept an eye on us from afar and checked in when it looked like we were struggling. It was such a straightforward and enjoyable process, we wish Dreams did more household furniture.

I had never purchased a bed before. I saw it was a bank holiday and had seen adverts for discounts. I took a taxi to the one near Charlton and Woolwich and soon met Nav. a very friendly lady who explained all to me. She was patient and knew all about her beds. I declined the offer of tea or coffee as I just wanted to know about the beds. Yes, I think the Name is Stoneleigh or \ some name like thaqt. the centre. I took out 8 years insurance on the mattress and was told I could change within 40 days. I was given the matress cover. Never knew there was so much \ to know about beds. Very nice showroom and nice and quiet, which I liked I bought the double bed so my sister and her husband can stay with me from time to time. all things considered a very pleasant experience.

Justin who served us was really great and was really good with our 4 year old daughter. He answered all our questions.
