Justin was simply amazing and made the process of purchasing a new bed ridiculously easy. He showed us many different options and was very patient throughout our time in the store. He had helpful suggestions and went out of his way to get us the best deal. To be honest I personally was dreading buying a bed as was worried we would be pushed into a purchase as you would expect at so many other stores. I am happy to say Dreams with the help of Justin proved me wrong and made me feel very much at ease as we were shopping. I cannot thank Justin enough for his assistance, patience and help with our purchase. The amount of options Dreams provides on various different products made it really easy try what was the best fit for our needs and wallet. Thanks again for making it such a breeze!

We was served by Tunji & it was our first visit to dreams. He was so friendly & helpful! Offered us a tea or coffee. Gave us a pillow to try out the beds but as we wasn't sure on prices & how it worked he walked around with us.

I received my order and payment within the time i expected with very goid customer service and accommdating act.very impresssed.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because Justin, the person who served us, was very friendly and approachable. He offered us drinks which i thought was very kind of him. He asked us whether we wanted to test out the bed and also gave us pillows to try it out. Justin made our experience very jolly and if we were to come back he would be the one we would be delighted to see again.

The colleague who processed my order as well as walking me around the store to look at a variety of products was very friendly, had good knowledge of the products on display and if anything that we asked that he was unsure of, he went and found the answer promptly. This was some of the best customer service I had ever received.

The reason we were highly satisfied was predominantly due to some great service. We were served by an incredibly helpful and friendly assistant called Justin. Not only did he listen to our needs and make our decision process easier, he also showed us the perfect balance of availability of assistance and time alone to consider our options. When we did decide to move ahead with our choice, he was very efficient and clearly explained all we needed to know and no more.
