Dreams - Charlton

Went into the store, found a product. The person that looked after me really helped me and was super helpful.

We went into Dreams and Charlton looking for a double bed frame we saw online. They did not have it in stock for us to look as it is a new product. However after being greeted by Natasha she showed us around the shop and the bed on the tv. She was excellent and very professional. She took us on the sleepmatch machine and went through all the recommended mattresses. At the end we have decided to take her advice and brought a Tempur mattress with the pillows! Very friendly and impressed with her sales. She offered us refreshment and went though the purchase of the mattress and bed frame. The store was very clean and followed Covid regulation. Very proud to have walked into the store over the weekend.

Our sales assistant Natasha was very helpful and answered all our questions, she was friendly but professional without being pushy and for that reason we were happy to purchase the mattress straight away.

The colleague was kindly, are very rare to meet a such a lovely and gregarious person

We were extremely happy with our visit to dreams and purchased a mattress. Natasha at the Charlton store helped us choose and explained the difference between each mattress in detail. She was very attentive and gave us water and our toddler son a balloon which he was very happy with.

Greeted at the door by friendly staff, staff was patient and listened to what we wanted, we were shown recommendations that gave us choice. The visit wasn’t rushed and we did not feel under pressure.
