I was very satisfied, entertained, and enjoyed the service rendered by Tunji. The warm welcome was genuine and the drinks - coffee was well mixed, in summary the ambiance was electrifying.

I had the most wonderful sales lady called NAV. She offered me a drink and showed me all the mattresses in my price and comfort range. I was so impressed with the service, that I would not go anywhere else for a mattress and even a bed. I have 2 more mattresses and a bed to buy so I will definitely go back to the Charlton Store and buy from Nav. I liked all the other staff too, friendly and welcoming.

I was treated like a king in d shop

They were very helpful. They spent so much time with us and explained different types of mattress. They answered all of our questions and offered us drinks. They had so much information which they happily shared it with us so we can make the right decision.

My visit to the Dreams store in Charlton on 18.03.2017 was highly satisfied. Tunji, the sales assistant greeted me the minute I walked into the store. He was very helpful with great knowledge about the product. I was given the pillow and tried variey of different mattresses until I choose the one what I like. In the mean time I was offered a tea and coffee. I had a nicest cup of tea in a long time. It was delicious. I was told about 40 days/40 night. Everyone who works in the store were very nice and friendly. I was treated like royalty. I had brilliant customer service experience and I left the store highly satisfied. I want to say very big thank you for the wonderful experience and all the help from the guys in Dreams store in Charlton. Thank you very much and all the best to you guys. You are great!

Prompt and efficient service, fully met my needs

We were given very good service by the store team. They unsvered all our questions and gave a lot of information, but did gave us space to discuss and make decisions.
