We were very impressed with the service we received. Nav had excellent people skills and thoroughly explained everything about the range of beds on sale. . She wasn't at all pushy and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our decision.

The sales assistant was very polite and helpful. He helped and showed me around the store. He offered me a drink and made me feel welcome at the store. He also assisted me on making a good decision on deciding what furniturw that best suits me. He was always smiling and i felt very welcomed during my visit to the store. I was very content with the purchase i made for my furniture and i highly recommend this store to other customers. I would like to say a BIG thank you to dreams for the customer service and help that i recieved was excellent.

The sales reprensetive tunji was very helpful had a lovely greeting when we came into sofa and he showed me many options to meet my budget, product knowledge was great!! My last bed was also from dreams so love the beds, was offered a drink and even a pillow he was friendly chatty and answered all my questions. It was also a fast sale as he understood my needs and showed me relevant items to what I specified which was great !!!

The sales assistant Justin we dealt with immediately offered to help us but not in a pushy way. Didn't try to sell us anything overpriced but pointed out the differences between the mattresses we were buying. Was pleasant, friendly and well trained. And he even laughed at my husband's bad jokes!

The assistant Tunji greeted us on arrival, was very helpful and offered us refreshment. WE were very satisfied with the shopping experience and will certainly return when we need new bedroom furniture.

The staff understood our needs, listened to us and gave us the high quality products and services we needed. I and my husband felt special. We were even offered a nice cup of tea and coffee just the way we wanted it. First time ever of going to a store and we will be offered something to drink, very unique and great. Will always come to dreams now whether I get another cup of tea or not. First impression matters a lot. The staff was great and patient and have high knowledge of the products.

The colleague that served me was very helpful. I have now found the mattress cheaper and I will be calling customer service as per the advice given to me by the sales assistant

As soon as we entered the store the assistant Tunji offered us a cup of tea or coffee. He explained the different mattresses and bed bases and was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Visited the store twice. First time by myself and then again with my wife. Both times dealt with by Justin. He explained everything to me and again when my wife visited. Justin explained your price match policy which we both thought was very reassuring that we were getting a good deal. Would recommend this store and in particular Justin. A real asset.

tunji answered all questions and was very helpful cant thank him enough good coffee aswell
