Dreams - Charlton

On our first visit to your Stone Lake Retail Store, we were looked after by Justin Clara (JC84). It was his consistently high levels of customer service, product knowledge and personal assistance which drew my Wife and myself back for a second visit to the store. On our second visit, Justin once again displayed an incredibly high level of customer service. He remembered us from our first visit, offered drinks, listened well and offered good, knowledgable advice. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he moved bed frames, mattresses and headboards around and checked measurements for us, but also left us alone to give us 'space', never being 'pushy', but always with a smile. It was Justin's stellar levels of customer service which ultimately led to our decision to purchase from Dreams.

Very polite and good knowledge of products

We were highly satisfied with the great level of warm, friendly customer service that we received on both visits to Dreams in Charlton. We were even remembered by a staff member that we were dealt on a previous visit even when we had only been in the store briefly before and did not make a purchase.

I had shopped in Dreams at Charlton before Christmas and was very pleased with the service and delivery so when I had another requirement I didn't shop around but went straight back there and again the service was fantastic.

The staff member was extreemly friendly on arrival offering a beverage while I shopped. Very knowledgable about the products and offered extra products which I did not want but did not push the matter. Explained fully about the returns policy and was very attentive throughout the sale.

Friendly helpful staff, good quality items

I was welcomed on arrival, offered tea and coffee and offered a lot of assistance with what I was looking for. The customer service was excellent and I was very happy with my purchase. I shall definitely be returning again should I need to buy a bed or a mattress.

I was assisted as soon as I entered the store by nav who was very knowledgeable about the products in store we were undecided about what bed we were going to purchase but after talking to nav and her suggestion we purchased the perfect bed for our needs.
