Great customer service

Was offered help and questions answered that I asked. Explained the colour codes for the mattresses as had no idea. Then when I asked for a price of everything we wanted to order didn't feel pressured into anything but was happy with the service I was given. Sean was really friendly and easy to talk to so made me definitely want to order.

We were able to look at our own pace, but had the assistance we required when needed. The whole experience felt very comfortable without pressure. The staff member who looked after us had it just right.

Both, store manager and shop assistant were very friendly, supportive and listened to my questions and requests doing their best to meet my needs! I was also offered a cup of tea, which was lovely considering the weather this week! Great team in Charlton store!

Tunji was incredible and made us feel so warm and welcome. He offered us a tea as soon as we arrived. The whole experience was straight forward easily explained and simple.

I had wide choice

from the time of entering the store, we were greeted, offered drinks, the colour coding for the mattresses were explained clearly for us. we were offered different types of pillows to try along side our mattress experience, which aided us in our final decision on both products. we actually left the store on the intention of returning another day after trying out nearly every bed in dreams, benson for beds and carpet right beds. however after wondering around for hours and on and off multiple beds, we were then suffering from back ache so chose to return to purchase our favourite pillows in the store. but we ended up trying out the mattress again to see how the mattress would feel when we were in pain. the desire 26 mattress although dearer than what we intended to spend, was however so comfortable that we purchased it there and then with the matching pillows as the assistant Justin explained just how easy everything was to complete.
