Got a mattress that was nearly half price! Bargain

The sales representative, Sean was very attentive, professional and knowledgable and assisted us to make a very difficult decision really easy. The experience was a pleasurable one and one we would be happy to recommend and take part in again.

I looked after extremely well by a gentleman called Tunji he explained to me every thing I needed to know also offered beverages I cannot complain about my visit to Dreams thank you Ronald Pattinson

Justin! Justin! Justin! You made my day & the rest of my nights!!! Extremely satisfied with the service I received from Justin. He greeted me, offered me a pillow & encouraged me to test different beds...finally offered me a drink. I wasn't really sure on the type of mattress that suited me...So he was very patient and made it very easy for me to find what i wanted. With a mahoosive, pleasant and very friendly smile, he spent over and hour understanding my needs. Not at any point did he show a sign of tiredness...which i really appreciate! Upon choosing my bed and later finding out that i wouldnt have it delivered till the 10/02/17...i was gutted. But he had other alternatives which ended up favouring me more and was within my price range...Most importantly i could get it next day. Justin arranged a delivery guy for me at a reasonable cost so i could sleep on my bed the following day! I can't thank him enough. Hence why i said earlier, that he made my day and the rest of my nights! U r a star Justin!!! Thanks dreams for hiring such excellent staff who take pride in delivering excellent service and putting a smile on my face. Will recommend your company any day.

Very accommodating talked us through some things I wasn't sure on as I haven't bought a bed in a long time we was offered tea and coffee asked if we needed extra pillows it was refreshing to have a friendly service.

Sean was absolutely great. He was friendly and knowledgeable and so happy to help. He answered our questions perfectly even when we forgot things and asked again. He even offered us tea and coffee. Brilliantly helpful and pleasant. Thanks Sean!
