We dealt with a gentleman called Sean who was not pushy but professional and helpful

The assistants Ajij and Justin could not have been more helpful. I took my 88 year old disabled father to get a new mattress and they were very attentive, and made it into a very pleasurable experience for both of us. We were given coffee. In addition to the mattress we also bought some new pillows, a mattress cover, a duvet and a bedding set (which we had not gone out to buy). We would definitely go back to the Charlton store again.

The salesman Mr Tunji his explanation was very clear to me and he offer me cup of tea

Tunji was extremely helpful, his knowledge was easily explained and he knew when to leave us to look on our own and to be there when we had a question. We were offered tea or coffee and help with parking if we had gone over the free parking time allowed.

Sean was very helpful, no pressure placed on me to make a purchase, patient approach, good choice of beds

Friendly efficient service.

Our sales assistant was very efficient and helpful and spent the longest time possible with us showing us everything we required even though the store started to get busy.

I came there after a friend recommended it to me. I needed to buy a bed and to have it delivered the same day. I explained to Nav my issue and how I needed the bed like right now. After a quick chat she found the right way to make it happened. She was friendly, clever and quick thinking. Then Justin, the store manager stepped in to help find a way to quickly deliver my matress. They were sooo nice sooo helpful and understanding that they just made my day! Big Kuddos to Nav & Justin, without them I would not be sleeping in a amazingly confortable bed tonight!

Tunji the shop assistant want very pleasant. He took the time to assist me, provided a cup of tea and made the experience very pleasant.

We knew exactly what we were looking for as we have bought a mattress from Dreams before. We went in tried a few different type out and selected the one we want. It's hardly complicated when you already know what you want!
