The staff (Justin) who attended to us very knowledgeable about the product, helpful, made us comfortable. He demonstrated has good customer care skills. He was very welcoming, he offered us tea and biscuits and threw in pillow and suggested after sale service

I had gone to another furniture shop nearby ,but the assistant was really cold & not welcoming at all. When i walked into your store, there were two gentlemen here & I was greeted with a smile, offered a cup of tea & biscuit & offered a chair to sit down after I had a look around. A member of staff was upstairs & he was extremely helpful- went out of his way to help me compare the different bed frames i was considering.
