Reception was warm. Staff were very friendly, offered very useful advice, including options for finance. They exhibited excellent product knowledge and offered very practical support. Overall, they were very professional. I couldn't ask for more.

The whole process was quick. The price was brilliant and I am getting my delivery before the New Year. I am well satisfied with the service I received. First a member of staff welcomed us and showed us where the lift is and how to operate the lift. Before we got upstairs he was there and ready to attend to us. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. He explained every information very well to us. When we came downstairs he offered us tea and coffee and told us about the dicount on pillows if bought together with bed. I also noticed that the staff work together as a team. I wil highly recommend your shop to my friends and family.

The store was quiet and well staffed this afternoon. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff upon arrival and allowed an opportunity to browse freely before being approached. We were offered a hot drink during our visit and were assisted throughout. All of our questions were answered in detail and we had an opportunity to try and look at a number of products before making a purchase. The store has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and we were not rushed to make a decision.
