The worker was a very good professional with knowledge enough to makes buy a product that we were looking foward to have for sometime.

We were greeted with a very cheerful hello asked once if we needed help then left to look and browse .if we needed help we only needed to ask when we had decidide the bed we wanted we were given all the info we needed and any questions we had were answered without any ems or arrs he new the product very well all in all we had a very stress free and in truths a happy visit. Desmond was very approachable and helpful - he wasn't pushy and helped me and the children get the best deal for the two beds, mattresses and bedding. He helped me move furniture around with the cabin bed and let the kids try them. He also made the purchase and payment fun and a happy experience.
