We arrived just before the store was about to shut and Tunji was so very helpful and took us around the whole shop till we found a mattress that we settled on.

We got in and got out with ease and Tunji expedited this successful purchase making it stress free.

The Store assistant Tunji at Dreams Charlton was very friendly and understanding. He didn't once try to rush us, gave us plenty of information and guided us. He was an absolute gem and really made it easy for us to choose beds.

The service at the Charlton Dreams store was second to none. As soon as I walked in the door I was offered assistance. The person who helped me narrowed down my mattress choice to three immediately, which I appreciated. He then talked me through the pros and cons of each and even looked up a competitor's offering that I was making the choice between and honestly critiqued their mattresses for me. Des was a wonderful shop assistant and I'm thrilled with my purchase.

I returned to Dreams at Charlton,having purchased a bed a few weeks ago. I was impressed by the service on that occasion and was no less so on this visit.

I was highly satisfied with my shopping experience at Dreams because the customer service was absolutely fantastic. The employee answered every question I had and was very patient with me. I had a rough idea of which bed I wanted to purchase but when I got in the store I was so overwhelmed with the vast range of beds I saw. The customer service Sean provided was brilliant, he helped and advised on how to choose the best and most comfortable that was right for me. He was very professional, polite and helpful, he made my shopping experience at Dreams the best bed shopping experience I've had. Keep up the good work Sean, he represented Dreams very well, because of this I will have no problem recommending Dreams to anyone who want to purchase a bed.

MYSELF AND WIFE GOT A WARM RECEPTION FROM MR TUNJI, WHO ACTUALLY ATTENDED TO US PROFESSIONALLY AND FRIENDLY AS WELL. THE DELIVERY WAS AS SCHEDULED AND THE PRODUCT IS PERFECT.
