Greeted at the door by friendly staff, staff was patient and listened to what we wanted, we were shown recommendations that gave us choice. The visit wasn’t rushed and we did not feel under pressure.

On April 17th 2021 I went to the Dreams store situated in Charlton and I was impressed by the cordiality and the support of the colleagues working there. Natasha did a remarkable job in answering all my queries - it was my first bed I had to buy - and in advising at every stage of the buying experience. A few important other considerations on Natasha: 1. Proficient knowledge of the product 2. Attention and care toward the customer 3. Respect of the COVID-19 safety measures 4. Courtesy and active support Result: Excellent customer experience and will certainly recommend Dreams to anyone first/second bed buyers.

Grace was amazing in the store. And it was really good to use the sleep machine to pinpoint the kind of mattress that we needed. I didn’t plan to make the decision that day but everything was there and I also liked the fact that we have 40 days to make sure that the mattress is right for us. I had no intention of spending so much on a headboard but I just loved the plush, blue one and friends and family are amazed! It all comes down to the wonderful service that we got from Grace on the day.

On entering the store in Charlton I was approached by a member of staff in a Charlton (Natasha). She was welcoming easy to talk to never felt pressured to purchase anything . All Covid rules being followed hand sanitizers are visible to customers i never felt vulnerable at all .
