Greeted at the door by friendly staff, staff was patient and listened to what we wanted, we were shown recommendations that gave us choice. The visit wasn’t rushed and we did not feel under pressure.

Grace was amazing in the store. And it was really good to use the sleep machine to pinpoint the kind of mattress that we needed. I didn’t plan to make the decision that day but everything was there and I also liked the fact that we have 40 days to make sure that the mattress is right for us. I had no intention of spending so much on a headboard but I just loved the plush, blue one and friends and family are amazed! It all comes down to the wonderful service that we got from Grace on the day.

On entering the store in Charlton I was approached by a member of staff in a Charlton (Natasha). She was welcoming easy to talk to never felt pressured to purchase anything . All Covid rules being followed hand sanitizers are visible to customers i never felt vulnerable at all .
