Customer service was good, and staff didn't rush you or put you under pressure to buy, but were available if you needed help.

I had visited the first time to view the products. I left with a short list of three and the catalogue to enable me measure the room. On my return the second time. The assistant was very helpful and explained what I would need for the size of the room. Very happy with Tunji.

Very helpful assiatant he spent lots of time going through all the beds and let us try all types of mattress nothing was too much for him to help us

We weren't over sold, we were allowed to think about things in our own time and not distracted although the staff were around and on hand for any questions

The assistant knew his product really well and was not pushy but helped towards finding a mattress that suited me and my budget! The only issue was the machine was not accepting my AMEX card that day. So my husband had to come back the following day and then it went through! Looking forward to receiving my mattress.

Des was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I had seen a bed online and was glad to be able to see it set up in store. Des helped us choose a mattress with ease while also helping us get the best price. We purchased the bed and mattress in the sale and we are extremely happy with the price, I would highly recommend dreams to friends and family especially the Charlton store.

We were only surprised at the cost of removing two single mattresses - this should not have been the same as for a larger item
