The member of staff who served me was named Ajit I was really impressed that he introduced himself to me. I got to the shop early and was waiting for my daughter which I explained to Ajit. He offered me a seat and asked if I wanted tea,coffee or water. He was extremely knowledgable explaining about Thebes I purchased and he could even explain the different mattresses types. It was a really good shopping experience. All the staff in the store were extremely polite and gave you time to browse around without following you around as they do in some shops.

Both members of staff were polite and highly professional. We were parked in the car park for a few hours and we needed to go to the carphone warehouse ,we did not know there was a time limit to park but when we came back to the car they was looking out for us so that they could deal with the penalty fine that we would have recieved. This i feel was above a good quality service and could not thank them enough. Well done the charlton team many thanks.

Was allowed to look about without any hassle. Also assist was really good and very caring top marks for him . Wasn't to happy about the delivery charge as we only live down the road but never mind mattress was a really good price so thanks
