The customer service from the man (white guy with tattoos at the Charlton branch) very good and remebered me from before which is always nice.

Tunji (the customer service representative who served) was excellent, giving us the space to try all the beds we required but being on hand to answer our questions.

Wanted to pop in quickly to grab a product I liked. Good selection clearly marked out, prices were clear, and the offers were a great saving. Was able to quickly try out the mattress I liked then place the order with Tunji who was friendly and polite. Will come back in 8 years!

Tunji greeted us upon entrance of the store making the trip very pleasant from the get go. As we browsed bedroom sets Tunji explained the different products and assisted us with any questions we had. Tunji also offered us refreshments through out our trip to the store which added to the great experience of the store. All in all the staff especially Tunji made us feel welcome as well as giving us clear information about our chosen products.

We were assisted by a member of staff named Sean. His support during the visit was outstanding. We came to dreams to buy a bed for my cousin who is a vulnerable adult. Sean was patient, calm, kind and reassuring. He took time to explain the product, listened to what my cousin wanted and worked to budget. He was sensitive to his needs and showed human kindness. What a lovely man and dreams you we'll done for employing such exceptional staff.

Tunji was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He offered beverages and better pillows to test the beds out with. Furthermore he helped me in decided to purchase the additional protection by explaining the benefits to me without being pushy at all.

We were highly satisfied with the experience only not so much with regards to delivery as it was cancelled before we had returned to pay the remaining balance. We did not receive a phone call, had we have done I would have come down and paid which meant my partner took the day off on the Monday for no reason then I had to take the day off of work on the Friday for the rearranged delivery. A courtesy call would have been appreciated as I would have come down and paid in an instance only when we ordered we said we would return on Saturday which we were told was fine.
