The assistant Sean was very knowledgable, patient and polite throughout our visit, taking time to show us a variety of beds & mattresses to suit our needs, explaining each of the items we tried out. Sean also explained each step of the paperwork needed to complete our purchase & also recommended the bed linen that was half price. Excellent customer service was had throughout.

Very professional staff

Tunji has been very helpful throughout the whole process of selling and he gave his full support on product knowledge to us. For that reason, we decided to come back. We were dealing with Des during our return and he was very patient in explaining the differences across Tempur Memory Foam Mattresses' ranges. We felt that we have been put in good hands and therefore decided to make the purchase with Dreams.

I was assisted by Sean & Des (Validation code 295) as I made 2 visits. They were both professional, charming, good salesmen but not overbearing and pushy. Genuinely wanted to help me make the best purchase for my needs. They both had a sense of humour and made me feel really important. They are a credit to your organisation so don't let them go. The only reason I have not given top marks everywhere is that I am not due to receive the product until August so it's a bit early to judge the whole experience.

We visited the Charlton store and were assisted by Des who was well informed about Dreams products. When we explained to him what sort of mattress we were looking for he was able to guide us in such a manner that felt we were making an informed choice.

Tunji was fantastic. Took us through all the options, suggested mattresses we might want to try and even made a great cup of coffee!

Goods clearly marked, service was very good. well arranged, salesman knew his products. Awaiting delivery hope it is good, when in use.

The staff that attended to us was very helpful and we felt we had made a great choice in the beds we bought.

Shop assistant was very nice, help fool and unswer all my questions regarding purchase.

I visited the store twice and both times the staff were friendly knowledgable but not pushy and when I wanted to just wander round the store they gave me the space to feel comfortable trying out the beds. On my second visit with my partner the member of staff was friendly greeting us asking a few questions then again knew to give us some time to experience a range of different beds. He kept an eye on us coming over and giving helpful information about diferent beds. Eventually when we were ready to make a purchase he was friendly and managing to get a fast delivery date.
