Got lot of options to pick upon and for every matress there is a price, type and other details have been displayed. Colleague Tunji was really helpful and friendly. He took time to explain about the product in detail in a friendly manner. We were given lot of options to choose it and selected the best quality bed. We are completely happy about everything:-)

The attendant was very friendly and took time to explain to us all that we needed. When we were not able to make a decision on which bed to take considering the size of the boys room, he took time to advise us. He looks quite experience in the job. Even when my kids were noisy he was still friendly during his job.

Customer service was so efficient the moment we walked in warm welcome feeling. Staff where ready to help and assist. Not like other retail stores that try to rip you off but these guys where giving best value for money! Very good knowledge about mattesses/beds. Will highly recommend Dreams (Charlton) to anyone.

Desmond REECE was very obliging and confident in his attitude towards my wife and I. His knowledge and understanding of the products available were excellent and was able to answer all our questions clearly. There was no pressure put on us to buy and we were left to make our own decision on what to buy.

WE WERE HIGHLY SATISFIED BY THE ASSISTANT RENDERED BY THE DREAMS COLLEAGUE'S NAMED TUNJI. HE WAS CALM AND READY TO ASSIST US IN FINDING OUR DREAM BED WHICH WE DID AND WAS HAPPY ABOUT WE WERE CALMLY OFFERED TEA OR COFFEE WHICH I'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE IN ANY STORE. WE WERE MORE THAN SATISFY BY HIS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABSOLUTELY SUPERB.

From the minute we walked in with my 93 year mother, Tunji greeted us then seeing it would take a very long time for her to walk through the store, he offered tea Coffee and toilet facilities. The whole process was so good, in fact one of the best shopping experiences I've seen in a long time. He was so patient and she is also a bit deaf. Really impressed.

I was welcomed by Des. I was shown around the store, the products, how to differentiate between the quality of the mattresses. I was comfortable, confident in making a purchase. I also went to 2 different stores after but because of the initial first contact I wanted to buy my bed from dreams. I had a budget I wanted to keep within and a product that I identify which was £50 over my budget. I was really happy that a price could be agreed and I could make a purchase. The delivery of my items is also perfect to suit my availability.
