We were confused about which bed and mattress to buy, but we were helped by a lovely lady who spent a lot of time showing us what options we had. She used her excellent product knowledge to recommend the beds and mattresses which best suited our needs. We really appreciated her help and are very happy with our purchase.

The best part was the huge discount when I bought 2 mattresses on the day even it was a bit out of my price range to start with. Staff was helpful and attentive.

We received a top class level of customer service from your Charlton store. The staff were not pushy at all and gave some very sound advice. We were very unsure of what to purchase initially and your colleague called Tunji was ever so helpful when providing us with the support we needed, allowing us to test out beds based on our requirements and them helping is to bring the choices down to two,which allowed us to make our final decision. We3 even ended up buying a mattress protector, pollows and a flat sheet for the new bed.

The staff were really nice and very helpful, explained what we needed to know & then were unobtrusive until we wanted to ask them something else. The store had lots to choose from and it was really clean and a very pleasant experience all round.
