We had been to the store previously to view the items we wanted to purchase and Des gave us his card and phone number of the store offering to assist us once we'd measured up at home. He remembered us instantly we walked into the store, was very helpful, friendly, was patient with my reading everything before signing. I only hope that that delivery and installation service will be as good as the service we received with Des.

Ajit was very helpful. Made it very easy for us to pick the right bed, explained how it works and what its made off. Also he was very knowledgeable about mattresses and gave us a few tips. When we going to be changing the matress we definitely will come to dreams to get the best advice and choose the perfect mattress. Afterwards we were seen by Sean who was very friendly and helpful. He placed our order, explained about delivery, assembling and warranty. All the information was very useful. Had a brilliant experience in this Charlton Dreams shop. Thank you
