I spoke to Justine in Sales via a call as I had problems placing an order on line. He placed the order for me sorted the delivery date & information. He was very helpful, polite & friendly.

In store - Dreams on Bath Road in Slough Katie was SO helpful with helping me pick out my two bed frames and two mattresses- she listened to what I wanted and showed me items I loved. I told her I’d sleep on it and be back- she printed everything out for me and was a huge help. As we jumped into tier 4, I called up to order and spoke with Justin (based in your Charlton store) who was so so helpful. He helped me pick a new (but similar) bed frame which had quicker delivery time, and helped with getting everything together - and was so dedicated to making sure I was happy with everything. We also had a transaction issue (with the billing address) which he dealt with amazingly. He’s a real asset to your team! So pleased with my experience and how great your staff are- especially Katie and Justin. Thanks guys!

Upon visiting a dreams store we were greeted by a superb member of staff. Nick was excellent in recommending the perfect matress and bed frame for our needs and took the time to show us different matresses and bed frames. It was only when we finally placed our order that we learned he was actually supposed to finish his shift one hour earlier but despite that he assisted us through all the process. Thank you Nick, you are a wonderful human being and thanks to you we have purchased the bed of our dreams!
