The salesperson, Sean, was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. And helped me find a solution to get a bed and mattresses into our new flat with a very short lead time (one week), which was much appreciated. Other stores I visited were not at all proactive in this regard.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Very knowledgeable, and patient, staff member. Really invested time to answer my questions, and resourceful approach in helping get beds to my new flat in very short order; really impressed with returns promisr (40 days); which is very different to major department stores I have used in the past. Made buying so much easier, given peace of mind.

The gentleman staff that served us was very welcoming with a broad and infectious smile,displayed good knowledge of the product and an understanding of our needs and expectations. Very professional with a human face, listened, was very keen and willing to answer our questions and sensitive to our concerns which were well addressed with impressive reassurance. We did not leave without some hospitality in respect of a very hot tea and biscuits to warm us up before leaving the cosy environment of the store with a lovely goodbye smile. Very impressive experience. We'll sure be back. thank you so much for your impressive service.

I had very good assistance on the shop, by gentleman called tunji, in Chalton store. during the process he even offer me a lovely cup of tea.no coment was the best shop assistant I ever had.

Very efficient staff

As i came into the store i was greeted but not immidiatly asked to be helped, which i like cause i like to be given the time to look around first. Then after a couple minutes the worker came to us and asked if he could help us with anything. So we started asking for some advize about a mattras. He (Ajit) gave us some good advize and when we made our minds up about what we wanted to buy he assisted us with the purchase. Even offerd us something to drink. Very kind open and sociable guy! All in all it was good and we left happy.

I was guided through the options. And all questions were answered with professional knowledge.

I was warmly greeted and asked if l needed any help.l said no thank and was left to browse. When l chose my item Des was most helpful . And proceeded with the sale . It took no time at all. It was a pleasur to shop in Dreams.and l will come again. Thank you Des

The lady who assisted me Imaculada was very helpful she was very experienced in the knowledge of the uses of the different beds as i have back problems i feel very happy with the service and would 100 percent recommend dreams
