Great service had no problems with anything been there twice now in two weeks

The staff were brilliant, they answered all my questions and helped my son pick out his bed. Both the assistants were friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn't fault them.

The sales assistant was brilliant he was friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable. He spent a very long time with us listening to our needs and helped us to find the perfect bed for us as well as our daughter. We came away very happy customers and would happily return to dreams again.

The sales person (ajit) was very helpful and talked me through my options and prices.

We moved house on Friday 12 February and our bed broke as we tried to dismantle it in our old flat. We had guests arriving first thing Saturday morning and needed a bed ASAP. We went to Dreams Charlton at 5pm and said we needed a bed to collect the next day. Tunji was brilliant - he ensured we got everything we needed.

Quality of service, highly varied choice of products, knowlegable friedly staff.

I have been putting off buying a new mattress due to the huge variation in price and range of products available. But the whole process was really simple and now I can't wait for it to arrive. Thanks for the lovely cup of tea Imaculada!
