My wife is really indecisive, but the sales man was very patient. He explained the advantages of each product and we never felt under pressure to buy or make a decision, even though we entered minutes before closing time. Excellent service

It has been ten years since I last purchased a mattress and since that time, the products have changed considerably! All the staff at Dreams in Charlton and in particular Des were brilliant as they explained the products available, answered the long list of questions that I had and also allowed me to try the different mattresses on three consecutive nights. I was worried about purchasing a Tempur mattress as it is completely different to what I have, but the staff put my mind at ease by allowing me to try the 'firm' and 'medium firm' and also by explaining the 40 night comfort guarantee exchange which I am grateful for.

The store and staff was clean and friendly even offered tea or coffee before I had even found what I was looking for, the sales assistance Tunji was very helpful when it came to came to choosing the right mattress for me without making me feel like he was pushing me to buy something or rushing me which could of ended up with me not getting what I wonted, there is no don't that I will be shopping in your store again and will be highly recommending it to other
