Sean helped me out a lot. He took his time to explain the different options I had and and well mannered and friendly. I got an amazing deal and had an all round pleasant experience shopping here.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service offered by this large store in Charlton. I had thought that I might experience the "take it or leave it" approach that is sometimes offered by other big shops but this did not apply at Dreams. Prior to my visit, I had had no real idea of the sort of mattress I required, but Sean was able to provide me with the information and service I required.

As soon as I went into the store, I had a staff member ask me if I needed help as soon as I told him, he helped me straight away and knew exactly why I needed it and what he would recommend

Good reception when I walk into the shop. Willing to assist you finding the product your looking for. Advise you of different option or your choice depending on how much you want to spend. The whole experience in the shop was satisfactory.

The customer service was great, we were offered tea or coffee as soon as we walked through the door and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful. Would have liked a cheaper price, but who wouldn't.

I was highly satisfied with the assistance of Tunji. He was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

from the moment we arrived, Tunji made us feel completely comfortable and understood exactly what we were looking for. He was full on knowledge and didn't pressure us to buy a bed, instead, he made us a cup of tea and let us decide in our own time. We cannot wait for our new bed now!!!

the staff were very friendly and helpful. they struck the right balance between being helpful and informative without being pushy. they even looked after our children while we tried out the beds!

the staff member Mr. Tunji was really helpful understanding to our needs and never pushy we felt relaxed and able to make a decision and when we came to pay he informed us that there was a further reduction on the sale price of the item so we purchased another one needless to say we more than pleased and wouldn't hesitate in returning to that store..Mr Tunji is a credit to that store
