Dreams - Charlton

Sean was the Dream Colleague and sales person on the day I visited the store in Charlton, London. He was patient and showed extreme professionalism. He explained the different products on offer and was most cordial. He offered me beverages and took his time to show me round the different products. I visited the store to browse the different mattresses on offer and did not intend to buy on that day. However as a result of Sean's expert knowledge, and without putting any pressure on me, I bought some items and left the store satisfied and pleased with my purchase. He is definitely an asset to your establishment.

The individual assisting us, Sean, was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He ensured that we had all the information we needed without being pushy or obtrusive. He kindly made us a cup of tea when we entered the store and didn't hassle us when we said we wanted to check a few stores and come back. Buying the mattress we wanted was fairly straightforward, although it was a shame that more flexible delivery dates were not available.

The assistant was polite, friendly, and very patience with me when I was talking about my budget.

Excellent assistance from Sean - took time to talk through our needs, gave us time to look around and find a product to suit, wasn't pushy. Even made us a cup of tea!

The Salesman in the store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and recommended a couple of beds that would suit are needs. Overall a great experience.

Des greeted us as we entered the store and advised us on our purchase of a new mattress he helped with our choice, explained all the different types and even though the store was busy placed our order quickly and followed up with a phone call later

The staff that served my husband and I was very courteous and professional. He offered us tea or coffee several times and checked if there was anything else he could do to make our customer experience worthwhile.

Everything was easy to find, and Tunji was very pleasant in his manner and not pushy in his salesmanship. He gave us any information we required and nothing was too much for him.

Sean was a pleasure to deal with his in depth experience settled me quickly and left me assured i was in good hands. As a result i completed a purchase for a bed and 2 bed stands.
