Greeted when we walked in, offered a beverage, not pressed when we declined the insurance - efficient speedy service.

The service was excellent. Both manager and staff member help us and even got my wife a coffee.

The colleague (Imaculada) was very nice to us.

From the moment we entered the charlton store we were taken care of by Ajit he was very helpful and explained everything ( he had to ask his manager a couple of questions). He showed us mattresses of different qualities , he made us a cup if coffee which was kind of him. When we made our choice we were shown to be desk to complete our purchase. We were given a delivery date and our purchase was complete

It was easy to try out the beds for comfort and refine the search.

Tunji was a great assistant and very friendly.

I'm very satisfied of the producs and the assisdent he was well kind and helpfull.

We were very happy with the visit - we made two orders - a bed and a mattress. Sean who helped us was great - he offered us a cup oif tea or coffee and made sure we knew what we were looking and and what the deals of the day were... he did his best to help us with everything and had all the information we needed to complete our order.

We found the salesman very helpful and informative, he was able to answer all of our questions and point us in the right direction. We wanted to make sure we didn't rush into buying any old bed and were very pleased with the level of knowledge the salesman had and came away knowing we had made the right choice of bed and the price was very good too!
