Dreams - Charlton

I was served by Sean who was helpful without being pushy, which for me is important, even though we came at the end of the day with only 20/30 mins before closing there was no rushing or push for a sale making it much more enjoyable. I was particularly impressed when I called the next day to enquirer about delivery to find out that the normal courier was not available but Sean was coming in at the end of the day to deliver the item himself (on I assume his day off) this just goes above and beyond his role and really shows his capacity to go the extra mile for customers. They could of simply called to rearrange be he didn't!! Very impressed!!! I hope this is shared with his manager because he deserves the credit for that!!

I visited your branch in Charlton and had the absolute pleasure of meeting 2 of your staffs named Des and Sean. I came in on 2 seperate occassions as I wanted to be certain the bed I chose was right for me. I believe they both deserve high recognition for their services. Both times I visited the store they was working on their own and still found the patience and time to make sure I was fully catered for as well as attending other customers. The shop was kept very clean and also due to work I came in close to closing times on both occassions, but never was I once made to feel pressured into buying for the sake of me leaving. As I left I even witnessed them re decorating the shop floor and assembling beds AFTER closing hours. I have honestly never encountered not 1 but 2 dedicated staffs in 1 store who took pride in what they did and how they treat their customers. Obviously I purchased a bed I was highly satissfied with and would 100% recommend to all my friends to go to Dreams in Charlton just to see Des and Sean. Thanks for making my christmas with my Dream bed. Wish you all a merry christmas too. Thanks again to Des and Sean

I arrive around 6pm. I was greeted as I came in the door by Sean. He asked would I like some help I told him what products I was after and he immediately showed me products within my price range explaining the technical information about the products and why one was better than the other ect. After trying out a few options I purchased a double and single mattress and was out of the store by 6.10pm. I would highly recommend the store and Sean the dream employee who served me. It was an all round pleasant and calm experience, exactly what you want when purchasing items for sleep. Thank you.

We visited the Charlton branch and a guy named Sean helped us with his knowledge and all round great customer service. We were offered tea and it didn't let it effect him that we were in the store for a long time trying to make up our minds. He offered us various options based on his knowledge and made us feel as though we didn't have to make a rushed decision. He was a top bloke.

The warm reception by the staff on duty at the time and how he was able to address my needs

The customer adviser is highly knowledgrable of the product and was able to advice and support adequately in making right choice. He was friendly, approachabe, pleasant and kind. Obvoously he enjoys his job as this is demostrated in his presentation, attitude and knowledge. Overall, may be the bed would not have been bought on the day, only came in to window shop a bed i eyed before. I was going to a neighbourhood shop for a bed already pre arranged. But i ended up buying my dream bed from DREAMS. Thanks to Des.

The sales guy was very helpful and informative of the products... He gave me time to look around without being pushy but was there to any of my questions.. He even surgested which would be the best mattress for me... Overall excellent service
