Dreams - Charlton

The Dreams representative was welcoming but not pushy. He was knowledgable on the products and the decision making process. He worked with us to determine what mattress was the most comfortable and suitable for our needs. We were offered coffee whilst we tested beds and were not rushed and talked through the different options. The 40 day no quibble return should the mattress not be comfortable was also important in us making a purchase on the day.

We were greeted upon arrival and then introduced to Sean who was friendly and helpful throughout. He helped us choose our bed by answering our questions and then leaving us alone to quietly consider before coming back and checking in. He made us coffee and brought us biscuits. He also moved the mattress we chose on to a different sprung base for us to try. We were both very pleased with the service we received and left the store feeling very positive. We had been in three other bed stores before finally choosing.

We found Sean the man we dealt with in your Charlton store excellent helpful and he did his utmost to make sure we were satisfied and had the best deal.

Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by a lovely guy called Sean, who sought to understand what kind of mattress we were looking for and what our budget was. He suggested a brilliant selection of mattresses to try, (we ended up with a combination mattress, something we had not previously considered) and he never tried to oversell or push us towards mattresses we couldn't afford. He offered us goose feather pillows to try with the mattresses (as these are what we have at home), offered us tea and coffee, and was able to answer every question we had about each mattress and explain the benefits of pocket springs, gels, memory foam etc. We really felt like we were being assisted rather than sold to, so we really trusted his input. It was a very enjoyable experience!

This was my first visit to Dreams (Charlton), initially I just wanted to have a quick look of the products being sold. Immediately I saw a few eye catching bed frames, such as The Manhattan bonded leather bed, but didn't want to be hasty in buying anything straight away. Within a couple minutes a member of staff, told me there were more products upstairs, so I had a look. After scoping I spoke to a member of staff upstairs and he generously told me about the clearance items and if I was interested he could sort me out something based on my budget. Then before I knew it, I had bought the Manhattan bed frame that me and my Mrs had liked, and with my haggling skills and the kindliness of the manager Desmond, I had also invested in a tempur mattress and pillows. All inclusive for a very satisfying price.

Went in gave a budget , got showed beds in my price range picked my bed. Ordered. The staff where friendly, got my bed in four days. Worth every penny! Love the mattress any how.

Fast efficient and very helpful

The Colleague in the store Tunji gave expert advise on the products I purchased and his knowledge of the products were great which helped me in deciding which products were best for me & my kids. He also offered excellent customer services. I will surely visit again if I need anything and recommend you to my friends. thanks
