All staff were very pleasant, Sean who helped me with my purchase is very knowledgable, patient, and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. I did not feel pushed into anything and was given the support needed to make an informed choice. I was also very pleased that the wait time for delivery was shorter than I expected. So far, a very positive experience. Yet to recieve my product though so cannot comment on that.

After walking into my local store (Charlton, London), I was greeted by a very friendly man named Tunji. He asked me what I was looking for and straight away took me to products I was after. He was showing me various products at various prices. He didn't keep on at me and was giving me plenty of space to make my own decisions and look at what I wanted. After some time I went back to Tunji and said what I was wanting to purchase, he then sat me down and went through various options with me, different payment plans etc. He offered me and my other half a cup of tea and even gave me a biscuit to go with it! Absolute gentleman. I can't fault the man or my experience with dreams, He made me feel so comfortable. Sorting out my order with Tunji was a breeze and I walked away with a very big smile! Thank you!

The sales person was very friendly and helpful. In fact, all the people in the store were and there was a good atmosphere. I am disabled, and so parking right outside was very useful. There was lots of room to navigate in my wheelchair particularly useful when I visited the reset room.
