Very good store. Sean very helpful and not pushy

I received excellent customer service and was very happy with the wide range of products.

I am a returning customer. the staff were friendly and helpful even when it was difficult for me to make a choice they were patient with me and gave me a professional advise which helps me in deciding the bed I finally picked.

We were greeted by Sean who was polite, friendly, offered us drinks & cake (!) and had good banter - he wasn't pushy and gave us time to have a look around. When we went back to him for help he explained the difference between the mattresses quality and firmness and offered very reasonable advice. When we decided on a purchase he explained the process clearly and made it clear what options were available but never the hard sell which has had me walk out of places in the past. The only disappointment was the lack of choice in duvet covers & bedding. We were looking for a bed for a spare room and left entirely satisfied that we got what we needed. The key product range was there but without doubt, Sean made the difference!

The range and quality of products we were looking for was great. Excellent customer service; very friendly and helpful staff who took time to attend to all our needs, thoroughly answering our questions and giving us recommendations according to what we were looking for.

Customer attendant appeared very experienced;very cautious, patient and kind.

Staff knowledgeable, friendly. This is the second bed I have bought this year from Dreams Charlton and I am likely to be buying another within the next few months.

We were served by Sean at your Charlton store and I cannot recommend him enough he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. all the staff at the store we so kind and patient with my two young children during our visit to this store. I would absolutely go back to the Charlton store again.
