I could have ordered online but had previously visited Charlton Dreams and had received excellent service from Justin the Manager. Therefore I wanted to place my order in person and was very impressed by Vinnie who took my order. Justin made me a cup of tea, very welcome on a cold day. Vinnie was so kind and friendly and I have the highest praise for both of them. They are a credit to your Company.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. They wanted to help us find what we were looking for and weren’t pushy about sales which I really liked. We browsed at a few different stores while looking for our new mattress and your was by far the best experience. Grace took time to help us try out the best, locate the right ones for our needs and budget and the other staff were smiling and friendly too.
