The salesman was had good product knowledge and was very helpful.

Annie was exceptionally knowledgeable and understanding. She had a professional and caring manner,which showed she had empathy along with a happy disposition. She was able to try her very best at showing me the quality of the bed and the mattress. Annie was very attentive especially with the care on the order, along with trying to ensure the best price, along with arranging the delivery. The store looked very presentable and easily laid out.

We highly pleased with the product and the staff in person of Mr tuning, he took us through all the products my children pointed at and explain to them. I am pleased and my family as well.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the product that I was interested in, they were not pushy and gave options of products that were available.

Annie was extremely helpful, offering us to test out the beds and mattresses. While completing the purchase Annie was very friendly and chatting, making myself and my partner feel very comfortable and at ease.

The sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and sociable. He even offered us a cup of tea! He was able to answer all of our questions and meet all of our requirements.

We were very satisfied with our recent trip to Dreams. Myself and my fiance had never shopped for beds before, but our assistant, Tunji at Woolwich Dreams was ever so patient and helpful, explaining all the differences between the mattresses and even making us a cup of tea while we went back and forward bouncing on different bed for almost two hours! We had seen the bed frame online that we were interested in and found it easily in the shop and were satisfied, the rest of the time was spent picking out a mattress, and when we finally decided on "the one" Tunji even helped us out the the prices squeezing a little more out of the sale event to help us be closer to our budget. He even gave us advice with mattress protectors and pillows, both of which we purchased on the day too (and he threw in some advice on marriage for free!). Tunji was ever so helpful but not pushy, giving us all the time and space we needed but being on hand when we needed him. I would definitely recommend Dreams, and we both can't wait till it arrives after our Honeymoon!

I like the fact you offer the delivery and take away service as well as the assembly service. I bought my children single beds for you for this reason and now they wanted double beds I came straight to Dreams. I know your prices are competitive, but also the quality of the products is very good . I am replacing my single eds but are both still in good condition
